Job Summary:
Purchasing Assistant responsible for supporting purchasing activities, preparing documents, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth procurement and timely delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in placing purchase orders based on stock levels and production needs Prepare and maintain purchasing and shipping documents Coordinate with suppliers and forwarders on delivery arrangements Track order status and update internal teams Assist in invoice checking and documentation filing Maintain proper records of purchases and supplier details Support superior in ad-hoc tasks
