Purchasing Assistant

Job Responsibility

• To be familiar with the meaning of the product types and classes
• Sourcing, negotiating and selecting suppliers from local at competitive pricing
• To prepare and issue the purchase order
• To ensure product & service are procured at the required quantity and quality at the correct time
• To monitor delivery schedule and stock forecast
• To handle complaint and return goods or material from suppliers/vendors
• To update stock of the material
• To maintain proper record such as purchase order, quotation, pricing and supplier account

Job Requirements

• Possess at least SPM or Diploma
• Aged yrs
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia And English
• At least 2 year to 3 of working experience in supermarket purchasing line
• Pro-active and self motivated, with the ability to work independently .
• Posses Own transport
