LEC STEEL MANUFACTURING CORP.' is seeking a dedicated Purchasing Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position based in Metro Manila, you will play a crucial role in supporting our purchasing operations and ensuring the timely procurement of essential materials and supplies.

What you'll be doing

1. Assist in the procurement of raw materials, components, and equipment required for manufacturing operations
2. Collaborate with vendors to negotiate favourable terms, prices, and delivery schedules
3. Maintain accurate records of purchasing activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and inventory levels
4. Coordinate with internal departments to understand and fulfil their purchasing requirements
5. Monitor and analyse purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimise the procurement process
