About the role

Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, this full-time Purchasing Assistant role is a crucial position within the fast-paced procurement team at Gomeco Metal Corporation. Based in our Valenzuela City office, you will play a key part in supporting the efficient purchasing operations that underpin our successful manufacturing and logistics business.

What you'll be doing

• Assist the Purchasing Manager in all aspects of the purchasing process, including identifying supplier needs, issuing purchase orders, and following up on deliveries
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchasing activities, including supplier information, and purchase order histories
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement requirements and work collaboratively to find the best solutions
