Purchasing Assistant
Objective
To provide operational and analytical support to the purchasing team, ensuring the correct management of purchase orders, incident tracking, information organization, and administrative control, contributing to the department's efficiency and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Creation and tracking of Purchase Orders (POs)
- Reconciliation of invoices against POs and system entry
- Follow-up on credit notes, discrepancies, and quality issues
