The company has 9 subsidiaries around the world and Ventós-Vos Pte. Ltd. is the Singaporean one, located in Biopolis, Singapore.
To continue with our process of growth, we need to reinforce the purchasing team hiring a Purchasing Assistant.
Responsibilities
Liaise and follow up with suppliers: assist in price negotiation, confirmation of PO, request and follow up of samples and all documentation related to approval, confirm delivery dates, complaints, customer service etc...
Keep track of all the information in the ERP system: Enter purchasing offers, purchase orders, update planned reception dates, create and update suppliers' information, input samples etc...
Work closely with Sales and Purchasing departments of the Head Quarters.
