Job Description
- Handle Purchasing Process include sourcing, compare & evaluate the quotation from the suppliers and negotiate the pricing and contract terms
- Co-ordinate, facilitate, and manage Procurement processes- Sourcing, RFQ, Negotiation, Vendor Management etc
- Engage with Operations teams to deliver added value products and services
- Attend to Operations' feedback and assist in resolving problems with suppliers
- Evaluate supplier performance, competitiveness and quality standard
- Work with internal departments to review materials requirements and delivery lead time to meet the requirements of end users
- Ensure all approval are obtained prior the issuance of Purchase Order
- Ensure Company's policies and SOP's are complied with all times
- Liaise with plants/store to inspect products received for quality and quantity to ensure adherence to specifications
