The company has 9 subsidiaries around the world andVentós-Vos Pte. Ltd. is the Singaporean one, located in Biopolis, Singapore.

To continue with our process of growth, we need to reinforce the purchasing team hiring a Purchasing Assistant.

• Liaise and follow up with suppliers: assist in price negotiation, confirmation of PO, request and follow up of samples and all documentation related to approval, confirm delivery dates, complaints, customer service etc...
• Keep track of all the information in the ERP system: Enter purchasing offers, purchase orders, update planned reception dates, create and update suppliers’ information, input samples etc...
• Work closely with Sales and Purchasing departme...
