Purchasing Assistant/Runner

• Responsible in updating price changes of all drugstore items against our competitors.
• Submits weekly report to Purchasing Supervisor / Purchasing Assistant the Drugstore Delivery fulfillment of franchisees and company owned branches.
• Responsible in monitoring of stocks availability of industrial account orders particularly medical supplies and seasonal items.
• Responsible in picking up stocks to suppliers for rushed items or new carried item ordered by clients.
• Responsible for making efficient schedule for pick-up.
• Assists in sourcing new suppliers and negotiate with new and existing suppliers for the best possible terms, good discounts and deals.
