KEY DUTIES AND ACTIVITIES:

        Ordering of Hotel Supplies to Par Level or required business levels.

        Accurate receiving of all deliveries and communication of same to relevant Dept.

        Processing of all products received on to the Procurement System.

        Store & rotate all products, maintaining HACCP guidelines and relevant records of same

        Gather & Post all required measured data to relevant Spread sheets for distribution.
