ROLE SUMMARY
The Purchasing Associate is responsible for supporting end-to-end procurement activities while ensuring full compliance with regulatory and quality requirements. The role combines supplier sourcing and purchasing functions with regulatory coordination, documentation, and compliance monitoring related to importation and product registration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Source, evaluate, and coordinate with local and international suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement of goods

· Assist in supplier relationship management, including negotiations, performance monitoring, and issue resolution
