Purchasing Clerk

About the role

WellCall Hose (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Purchasing Clerk to join our team in Ipoh, Perak. This full-time position is responsible for handling all purchasing and procurement activities to support the efficient operations of our manufacturing business.

What you'll be doing

1. Analyse inventory levels and identify purchasing needs to maintain appropriate stock levels
2. Collaborate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and favourable terms
3. Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of materials and components
4. Maintain accurate records of all purchasing transactions and inventory
5. Follow up on deliveries and resolve any issues or discrepancies
6. Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts
7. Support the Procurement Manager with various administrative tasks
