Purchasing Co-ordinator

**The Opportunity**



The Purchasing Coordinator will manage all transactional processes and documentation for Direct Material Procurement and Claims in a timely manner. This role is essential to ensure the adequate supply of materials to the Factory and to establish and maintain effective relationships with Vendors, achieving high levels of Supplier Service. The Purchasing Coordinator will contribute to the implementation of Material Sourcing initiatives, ensuring efficient operations and product availability.



**A day in the life**



+ Execute procurement processes supported by Purchase Orders generated from Purchase Requisitions, raised against approved Vendors at agreed prices (as per Contracts).

+ Ensure that Suppliers deliver materials and services as required to meet production needs.

+ Maintain the accuracy of procurement-related transactional data to support decision-making and reporting.
