  • GPO (Global Process Owner) for defined PUE (Purchasing Engineering) processes (regions EMEA, AME, APAC) that enables
    • Purchasing processes related to succesful new product launches (TTM)
    • Processes for pre-prjocet phases (BPA)
    • Purchasing activities in Engineering changes (ECR)
    • Cost reduction activities (RPP)
    • Relocation and transfer projects coordination
  • Analyze the differences in processes among the regions (EMEA, AME, APAC)
  • Standardization and integration of processes, create interim work-arounds where necessary
  • Develop methodologies by creating HC Guildelines, work instructions, best practices and process descriptions
  • Provide training to the associates
  • Maintain and continously improve the processes, gain efficiencies where applicable
  • Responsible for process confirmation activity
  • Definition of job and roles in PUE
