Job Scope / Description:

1. Source and compare suppliers for best price, quality, and delivery.
2. Prepare and process purchase orders.
3. Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, and transporters for shipment and delivery.
4. Track and monitor import/export shipments and update delivery status.
5. Check and prepare shipping documents (invoice, DO, permit & etc.).
6. Ensure goods received match purchase orders and resolve any delivery issues.
7. Maintain records of purchases, suppliers, and shipment details.
8. Support cost-saving and inventory control activities.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
2. At least 2 years' experience in purchasing or logistics.
3. Familiar with shipping and customs procedures is an advantage.
4. Good communication and negotiation skills.
