Purchasing Executive

What you will do in this role:

• Research potential vendors to identify suitable suppliers for our company's needs.
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers, considering factors such as price, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Negotiate purchase terms of agreement and pricing with suppliers to secure favourable deals.
• Collaborate with the Purchase Assistant to determine safety stock levels and maximum inventory for common stock items, ensuring uninterrupted supplies.
• Maintain catalogues and certificates for product categories under your charge.
• Upload all prices to Navision and ensure pricing information is up-to-date for Purchase Assistant to place Purchase Orders.
• Evaluate supplier options based on various criteria, including prices and quality, to determine the best choices.
• Negotiate terms of agreements with suppliers to achieve the best deal for our company.
