The company is expanding and we are now hiring a Purchasing Executive.

Purchasing Executive (Based in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya)

Responsibilities:

·       Purchasing:

To process for all purchase requisitions.

Identifying and contacting suppliers to obtain price quotes.

To prepare purchase orders.

Negotiating with suppliers to secure favourable terms and pricing.

To track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery.

·       Inventory Control:

To monitor inventory levels and identify potential shortages or excess.

To maintain accurate inventory records and databases.

Implementing inventory control strategies to optimize levels and minimize costs.

Preparing requisition orders to replenish stock.
