Purchasing Executive

About the role

As a Purchasing Executive at Mega City Builder Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for managing the procurement of materials, goods and services required for the company's construction projects. This full-time role is based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah and will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running and timely delivery of our construction projects.

What you'll be doing

1. Identifying, evaluating and selecting suppliers to meet the company's procurement needs
2. Negotiating contracts and purchase orders with suppliers to obtain the best possible terms
3. Monitoring and managing supplier performance to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods and services
4. Maintaining accurate records of all purchasing activities and expenditure
