Purchasing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Purchasing Executive to join our thriving team at MERGER INSIGHT BUILDERS SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur. As a Purchasing Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient procurement of materials, equipment and services to support our manufacturing and logistics operations. This is a full-time position.

What you'll be doing

1. Get quotation from the relevant supplies
2. Responsible for preparing Purchase Order, recording, filling and all aspects of the purchasing function
3. Cost negotiation with supplier & cost analysis
4. To assist in project claims preparation & progress payment to sub-contractor
5. Maintain cost database & sub contractor

What we're looking for

1. SPM Level or Equivalent and is Computer Literate
2. Min 5 yrs exp. In Constriction field with minimun supervisor
