About the role

Mashiba Elevator Engineering Sdn Bhd is hiring a Purchasing Executive to join our team in HQ located in Petaling Jaya.  This role is crucial to supporting our engineering operations by efficiently managing the procurement of materials and services.

Key Duties & Responsibilites

• Process Purchase Requests: Review and process purchase requests, ensuring timely and efficient procurement of materials and services.
• Order Tracking: Track orders to ensure on-time delivery, promptly addressing any delays or issues that may arise.
• Record Maintenance: Keep accurate records of all purchases, supplier information, and contract details.
• Stock Monitoring: Regularly monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory, ensuring alignment with operational needs.
