Purchasing Executive

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in purchasing/buyer position
• Detail oriented, Meticulous, resourceful and possess effective problem-solving skills
• Strong mindset to work in stressful and unstructured conditions
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadline
• Well versed in Microsoft Office software
• Possess good communication skills
• Able to converse in Mandarin would be an advantage (as the team and suppliers mostly communicates in this language) aintain product data in the system.
• Knowledge of the import process is a plus.
• Conduct market analysis.
