We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchasing Executive to manage sourcing and procurement of non-raw / indirect materials and services across all departments. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or junior executives who are eager to grow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Source suppliers, negotiate pricing, and conduct cost comparisons for indirect materials and services.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders; monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Perform 3-way matching of Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, and Invoices.
• Process Goods Receipt (GRN/Bill) in NetSuite and submit to Finance for payment.
• Coordinate with internal departments on delivery issues related to quantity, quality, specifications, or timelines.
