About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Executive to join our talented team at PH Uni Palm Sdn Bhd, based in Johor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring efficient and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services to support the company's manufacturing and logistics operations.

What you'll be doing

• Search for suppliers to purchase product.
• Received and record requisitions form.
• Checking item detail with mill.
• Monitor and negotiate product specification, price, delivery, L.A.D., etc to achieve cost and quality competitiveness.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of products / services as agreed and after sales services.
• Able to do stock take.
• Follow up, checking and verify invoices before submit to Account Department.
• Input stock data information in the system and checking stock quality.
