Purchasing Intern

Job description:

• Checking of all items upon arrival (quantity, part number, supplier, etc.)
• Monitoring of all items in the stock room (moving, non moving, fast moving, consignment and slow moving).
• Monitoring items that are for replacement.
• Checking of items that are for withdrawal (part number and quantity).
• Preparing the Stock Withdrawal Form needed and withdrawing an item.
• Monitoring the total quantity of all the items after withdrawal.
• Preparing the items that are for withdrawal and items that are for delivery.
• Ensuring the labels of all items are updated.
• Monitoring and updating remaining items for delivery.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Logistics Director and/or Purchasing Supervisor.

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)
Contract length: 3 months
