We are looking for a Purchasing & Logistics Department Assistant to join our team. At Nehmira Ventures, you'll gain hands-on exposure to international trade, shipping operations, and supply chain management within the port and engineering industry.
What You'll Do
Assist Procurement in:
Handle daily client inquiries and maintain clear communication.
Source quotations from suppliers and prepare supplier comparisons & evaluations.
Prepare offers, costings, and proposals for clients.
Process client orders, issue POs to suppliers, and liaise with Finance on payments.
Monitor production progress and delivery timelines.
