Overview

Supplier Sourcing & Evaluation: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery performance. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery conditions with suppliers to obtain the best value. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Procurement Planning & Ordering

• Monitor inventory levels and identify the need for replenishment.
• Place orders for materials, equipment, or services as required by the organization.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to avoid any disruption in operations.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is typically required.
• 2-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
• Experience with contract negotiation and vendor relationship management.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
