Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management
Develop and execute sourcing plans aligned with business needs.
Negotiate supplier contracts to achieve cost savings while maintaining compliance.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Inventory Management & Control
Implement forecasting, demand planning, and safety stock strategies to optimize inventory.
Manage inventory systems (ERP/WMS), track stock levels, and analyze inventory performance.
Conduct regular inventory audits and address discrepancies.
Risk Management & Compliance
Identify potential supply chain risks and develop contingency plans.
