About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Elentec Malaysia Sdn Bhd as a Purchasing Manager. Based in Teluk Panglima Garang, Selangor, this full-time role is responsible for overseeing the company's purchasing and procurement activities. As Purchasing Manager, you will play a crucial part in supporting the organisation's manufacturing, warehouse and logistics operations.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, from sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to ensuring timely delivery of goods and materials
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate and onboard new suppliers that align with the company's quality, cost and delivery requirements
3. Oversee inventory management, monitoring stock levels and implementing strategies to optimise procurement and reduce costs
4. Analyse market trends, negotiate favourable contracts and develop long-term relationships with key suppliers
