Key Responsibilities

• Procure shuttle service–related goods and services, including buses/vans, spare parts, tires, lubricants, fuel, and maintenance services
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vehicle suppliers, fuel vendors, workshops, and transport service providers
• Prepare, issue, and manage purchase orders in line with fleet and shuttle operational requirements
• Coordinate with fleet, transport, and operations teams to forecast procurement needs
