About the role

Join the team at PRISTINE RESOURCES SOLUTIONS INC.' as a full-time Purchasing Officer. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient procurement of materials, supplies and services required to support the company's site operations and construction in Pampanga and Bulacan Construction sites.

What you'll be doing

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable pricing and terms
• Prepare and issue purchase orders, monitor delivery schedules and follow up on outstanding orders
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventories and budgets using the company's procurement systems
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and procurement requirements
