The Micro Additives Purchasing Specialist is responsible for ordering and maintaining the supply of micro additives needed for production. The role ensures accurate stock monitoring, timely deliveries, and coordination with suppliers and internal teams. This position helps support smooth operations by making sure materials are available when needed and purchased in an efficient and cost‑effective way.

Overview

1. Procurement & Supplier Management

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers of micro additives to ensure competitive pricing, quality consistency, and reliable delivery.
Issue purchase orders based on forecast, inventory levels, and production requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with approved suppliers and identify potential new sources when needed.
Monitor supplier performance (OTIF, quality issues, cost changes) and escalate issues when necessary.
