Their role is deeply rooted in cost efficiency, supplier management, and operational continuity, which are critical to the success of real estate development projects.

What you'll do

1. Manages day-to-day purchasing operations of the area handled.

2. Troubleshoots issues and concerns. If required, escalates issues to Purchasing Manager and Head.

3. Recommends supplier based on the Canvass Sheet sent by the Purchasing Specialist.

4. Prepares and processes Purchase Orders (PO) for all purchase requests in the assigned area.
