Purchasing Officer

As a Purchasing Officer, you'll be responsible of the following:

• Source, negotiate, and coordinate with suppliers for approved materials, products, and services
• Prepare, process, and track Purchase Orders (POs) in coordination with Accounting, Warehouse, and Operations
• Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely fulfillment of orders
• Validate pricing, quantities, and specifications against approved quotations and budgets
• Maintain organized purchasing records, supplier files, and cost comparisons
• Assist in vendor evaluation, accreditation, and performance monitoring
• Support cost-control initiatives and ensure compliance with internal procurement policies
• Coordinate with Warehouse on stock availability and replenishment needs
• Perform other related duties/responsibilities assigned by the management.
