Purchasing Officer

Summary Job Description:

Responsible for managing the full purchasing cycle, including researching and evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts and pricing, placing and tracking orders, and ensuring timely delivery. Maintains accurate purchasing records and databases, reviews product quality, monitors inventory levels, and prepares cost and purchase reports. Coordinates with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and attends trade shows to stay informed on industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field,
• With experience managing F&B suppliers and procurement operations.
• Strong expertise in vendor sourcing, evaluation, and relationship management within the Food & Beverage industry.
• Understanding of supply chain procedures.
• Demonstrates strong analytical and negotiation skills, including the ability to prepare financial reports and conduct cost analyses.
