Purchasing Officer

We are looking for a Purchasing Officer to handle sourcing, procurement, and coordination of materials and services required for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase construction materials, equipment, and services
• Request, compare, and evaluate supplier quotations
• Coordinate closely with Engineering and Site teams for material requirements
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding quotations, deliveries, and payment terms
• Monitor purchase orders, deliveries, and inventory levels
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of purchasing documents
• Coordinate with Engineering, Accounting, and other departments for purchasing needs
• Issue purchase and monitor delivery schedules
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites
