About the Role:

We are seeking a Purchasing Officer to support purchasing operations while working closely with the National Purchasing Manager. This remote role focuses on day-to-day purchasing activities in NetSuite, supplier coordination, and ensuring materials are ordered accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the National Purchasing Manager on purchasing activities and priorities

• Create, review, and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in NetSuite

• Maintain supplier records, pricing, and lead times in NetSuite

• Follow up with suppliers to confirm orders, deliveries, and ETAs
