Purchasing Officer

• Purchase of all Construction Material IN & OUT , well documented.
• Ensure scheduled orders are delivered on time in full.
• Controlling of Inventory for stock and remaining materials
• Assist the purchasing team with the expediting of New Product parts.
• Team Oriented & Work with teammates & vendors to solve invoicing issues
• Reduce inventory costs by analyzing supplier performance and risk.
• Guide/Correct suppliers when necessary to carry out reviews and audits.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience in Purchasing, at least 3yrs above experience
• Ability to work to strict deadlines and priorities workload
• Advanced MS Excel user.
• Cross-functional business team environment experience preferred
• Proven ability to self-manage and deliver on time
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships internally and externally
