Purchasing Officer

Job Description:

• Facilitate the Cash Purchases for approved Purchase Requests.
• Canvass for Goods or Services through phone or on site, as necessary to ensure that we get only competitive prices and quality in the market.
• Facilitate wet market purchasing, as needed.
• Record and Monitor Cash Purchases for costing analysis and forecasting requirements.
• Facilitate PR Receiving, PO Issuance, Transmittal to Warehouse or Accounting, and Closure of PO, whenever necessary.
• Laise with Suppliers for delivery and other Purchasing related concerns.
• Outsource for Relevant Supplie rs that will help the business operations.
• Report for Accomplishments and Pending Tasks based on Itinerary.
• Perform other tasks as instructed by the Management or Purchasing Head.

Job Qualifications:

• A graduate of any 4-year course, Business Related course is an advantage.
