Job Summary

Responsible for the timely purchase of quality food ingredients, beverages, and restaurant supplies for a fine dining restaurant, ensuring cost efficiency, quality standards, and uninterrupted operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and purchase food, beverages, and supplies from accredited local and approved suppliers
• Coordinate purchasing requirements with the Executive Chef, Operations, and Finance
• Prepare and process Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO)
• Monitor inventory levels to avoid out-of-stock and spoilage
• Verify deliveries and ensure completeness, quality, and freshness of items
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards
