Purchasing Officer

• End-to-end Procurement Process from Requisition to Goods Supply.
• Monitor, record, and report on Vendor Performance and KPI data to manage supplier performance issues
• Drive improvements of procurement systems and processes.
• Reduce operation overhead by improving and removing unnecessary element.
• Plan deliveries and purchases to ensure optimum cost saving.
• Provide overall management support of HSEQ systems and procedures.

Qualifications:

• 5 years' procurement experience working in a similar role coupled with relevant tertiary qualifications preferably in Marine-related industry.
• Training in Supply Chain or Procurement related.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly MS Excel
• Demonstrated analytical capabilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
