Purchasing Officer

The Purchasing Officer is responsible for the centralized procurement and logistical planning for the resort construction project. This role focuses on high-level contract negotiation, sourcing of major equipment (FF&E/OS&E), and managing the supply chain from Manila to the site. The role ensures that the procurement process is transparent, cost-effective, and fully aligned with the project's financial goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manages the procurement of major construction materials and luxury hotel equipment from Manila-based or international suppliers.
• Assist in negotiations with large-scale contractors and service providers, ensuring legal and financial compliance in coordination with Finance and Project Managers
