Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and select suppliers and vendors to meet the company's procurement needs.
• Negotiate contracts and prices with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality of products/services.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services according to company needs.
• Maintain up-to-date records of purchases and pricing.
• Collaborate with the cost controller to ensure the alignment of purchasing with budget constraints.
• Address any issues related to delays, discrepancies, or quality concerns with suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal regulations in procurement processes.
Required Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
