Purchasing Officer/Executive

Responsibilities:

Performs purchasing strategies, maintaining positive relationships with suppliers, coordinating with internal teams regarding their supply needs, and overseeing the purchasing team in their daily activities. Work involves researching, evaluating, purchasing, and procuring commodities, equipment and services using guidelines, rules, policies, and laws.

Essential Duties:

• Plans, organizes, directs, and controls activities related to the procurement function.
• Designs, implements, manages, optimize and monitors procurement reporting systems to meet company requirements.
• Lead teams to negotiate the best possible deals with suppliers and ensure contract terms are protected the company.
