Assist, support, and creatively contribute towards the company’s efforts around end-to-end Supply Chain Management, including Supply Chain operations, finance, distribution, logistics, and sourcing functions.

Responsibilities

• Create purchase orders from MRP messages, PFEP and Replenishment spreadsheets, and monitor direct shipments.
• Create purchase orders for outside vendors and maintain supplier communication.
• Track vendors’ delivery of products and target service levels.
• Review and resolve purchase order invoice discrepancies in Tungsten.
• Create and monitor blanket purchase orders and releases with vendors.
• Create and monitor Jingmen stock orders, including placeholder purchase orders, multi‑branch coordination, and receiving processes upon arrival.
• Prepare and send weekly inventory reports to the sales team.
