Purchasing & Planning Executive

PURPOSE OF POSITION:
· Manage and run day to day pallet repair and resaw timber production at Loscam Depot.
· Solving and handling production issue which include tools and equipment maintenance, manpower arrangement, depot facilities maintenance etc.
· Implement, provide training and enforcement of safety and health policy in the depot.
· Procurement and stock control of raw material, consumable, spare parts, tools etc.
· Productions planning and managing logistics and transportation.
· Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers.
· Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
· Ensure full implementation and compliance with SOP.
· Maintain procurement files including all relevant documentation and vendor tracking system.
· Update reports such as transport report, production reports and monthly closing reports.
