My client is looking for a Purchasing Officer to join our National Parts Distribution Centre team in Brisbane. This 6-month fixed-term role comes with the potential to go permanent for the right person. You’ll be part of a tight-knit Purchasing Team within a broader parts team of 60.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Purchasing and replenishing parts inventory within set KPIs
• Raising purchase orders via inventory forecasting systems
• Monitoring supplier performance using IDS
• Supporting international inbound freight processes

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of purchasing and inventory management experience
• Knowledge of stock turn, aged inventory, and forecasting fundamentals
• Proficiency in Excel/MS Office and internal systems (IDS, ERA)
• A quick learner with a strong customer focus
