Purchasing Senior Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing activities to ensure healthy stock levels for outlets and warehouse operations.
• Monitor and review category performance, including sales, margin, and stock health.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders promptly to prevent out-of-stock (OOS) situations.
• Track purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Source and evaluate new suppliers and products aligned with company assortment strategies.
• Negotiate pricing, trading terms, rebates, and commercial support to maximise category profitability and buying income.
• Prepare monthly promotion plans, including pricing strategy and supplier support.
• Ensure accuracy and proper governance of product, pricing, and promotional data in the system.
