PURCHASING / SOURCING EXECUTIVE

As the Purchasing / Sourcing Executive at Kibaru Manufacturing Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in the company's procurement processes. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing and securing high-quality materials and components to support the manufacturing operations. This full-time role is based in Sungai Petani, Kedah.

What you'll be doing

• Liaise with suppliers to negotiate favourable pricing, delivery terms and quality standards
• Research and identify new potential suppliers to expand the company's supplier base
• Monitor and analyse market trends to ensure the company's purchasing strategies remain competitive
• Process and track purchase orders, deliveries and invoices to maintain accurate inventory records
