• Responsible for sourcing, procuring, and coordinating the delivery of goods and services needed by the organization.
• Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers
• Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Review quality of purchased products
• Oversee the ordering of materials, supplies, and equipment from vendors
• Sourcing materials, goods, products and services and negotiating the best deals.
• Experience in being a Purchasing specialist is required.
