Job Description
- Source and purchase materials, products, and services according to company requirements.
- Request, evaluate, and compare supplier quotations.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and on time.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse or operations teams.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain approved supplier lists.
- Resolve issues related to delivery delays, quality problems, or shortages.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
- Coordinate with finance for invoice matching and payment processing.
